2026.3.0 - Characteristic search, KPI with Process Observer mapping and Bug-fixes
Feature This release marks the XCM in S/4HANA 2023 as feature complete. All further improvements only will be addressed in S/4HANA 2025 Improved the enterprise search with the characteristic search where the user could search the CR based on the characteristic values assigned to the CR. Improved the application for Enterprise Search Cockpit to support log on the artifacts generated and the failure during the extension of the data source for search.
2026.2.0 - Item Based Task Parameter, Enterprise Search 2.0, KPI Dashboard, Inbox Performance improvement and Bug fixes
Feature Business Parameters need not be added to the header always. With this release we bring in the option to add customization to read business parameter from any of the Items. Business Parameter like plant is not usually reflected in the changes from the material master. A material added as an affected item could be produced in different plants which is a business parameter that determines the task for Plant responsible to be involved. This is now possible by providing the option to maintain plant as Business Parameter and involve in the process and agent determination. When there is more than one plant as affected, tasks are multiplied for each plant when the plant is added as task parameter to the Task Id. Enterprise search 2.0 brings more performance optimization in fetching data of different items and a dedicated Fiori tile for configuring the input, output and generation of the connector with view to check the status of the connector.
2026.1.2 - Make the Item status change configurable as service function and hot-fixes for 2026.1.0
This release has minor bug fixes and some improvements Improvements Item status change was only possible in XCM background service function which is now made available as reuse method in Process BO service class of XCM to enable the users to freely configure in any other situation. Change Record Description and Task Description can be now configured as a field in My Inbox expert view mode Process Builder was not considering header extension fields for identifying the possible status required for current CR Bug Fixes and Improvements BRF+ for the next status determination fails on scenario where the status has no dialog and only background task due to missing decision. This is fixed and the process builder can now also fetch tasks for this CR Refresh of Process Builder will show the busy indicator as in some cases users were confused if the data is getting refreshed or not.

2026.1.0 - Governance for BRF+ and XCM customizing, MDG cockpit
This release has minor improvements Features Governance is added to BRF+ decision tables to Save and Activate only when the valid role is available. Users responsible for making process changes can now save and activation can be validated by responsible users When the activation is triggers by unauthorized user, email triggered to user who are identified by BAdI All the XCM customizing entries has the governance with admin fields logging when and who created or updated the customizing.
2025.5.3 - Bug fixes in Process Route

2025.5.2 - Identify the Agent Source, Exception Handling for Custom scenario
This release has minor improvements Features Process Route Agent pop-up has now the column Process Agent Source( Teams only ) to highlight the agent determined based on Teams and Responsibility. Process Builder Agent pop-up now displays the name of the user instead of just the User Id. Customization is adjusted to Create version and Add Active version is 2 steps so that the version could be activated separately in each system without transporting them Bug Fixes / Improvements Fixed the issue that additional agents added in the Process Builder were not addressed while creating the workitem for process route item even though it was displayed in the Possible Agent of Process Route. Fixed the issue with agent determination failed for send email use case even when the Process Builder did not show the task in RED highlighting a possible error. Fixed the issue that the task creation was skipped when the task subject was not maintained in the customization. Fixed the issue with sequential tasks added to a parallel task in Process Builder creating WorkItem in wrong sequence. Adapt the code changes for S/4HANA 2025 with changes in CDS views as the existing views in 2023 were removed here and the usable of unreleased CDS had to be adjusted. Fixed the issue with agents deselected in Process Builder or Process Route Team Definition, not addressed with Workitem and remove them from Email sent Fixed the issue that when MDG-M sends empty data without MDG change request number, background task getting completed. Fixed the issue that the Task marked as Optional is BRF+ was allowed to delete which was only supposed to disable and have a history of it in the UI for Process Responsible to evaluate later on
2025.5.1 - Adapt code for S/4HANA 2025, Navigate to Teams from Agent Source in Process Builder
This release has minor improvements Features Process Builder Agent Pop-up provides the information on the source of the Agent with navigation to Team in case the agent source is Teams and Responsibility Bug Fixes / Improvements Adapt the code changes for S/4HANA 2025 with changes in CDS views as the existing views in 2023 were removed here and the usable of unreleased CDS had to be adjusted.
2025.5.0 - Process Builder Integration, MDG Integration and other bug-fixes
This release has major improvements Features Process Builder has now the feature to regenerate in case there are any changes in the Change Record or the Task rule. Regeneration has to be triggered manually by the user before performing process action. Regeneration can be done with or without version. Regeneration with version provides the option to copy custom tasks added manually by the user. Finalize action should be performed to continue with the regenerated version. Fixed the issue with parallel task and sequential task adding to the right hierarchy of the Process Builder tree Editing and Deactivating of task is restricted to only optional task as per BRF+ Deleting of task is possible only for custom added task Deactivating a parent task automatically deactivates its child tasks, and a child task cannot be activated independently. 2025.4.0 - Process Builder, T&R Mass Upload Fiori App and other bug-fixes
This release has major improvement Features New Fiori App – Mass Upload of Teams and Hierarchy Replaces the previous report program for mass uploads. Allows users to download a template with existing data and upload Teams and Responsibilities in bulk. Supports Create, Update, and Delete actions for Teams, Members, and Responsibilities. For more details, refer to the Mass Creation & Update of Teams Hierarchy via Fiori App The existing report delivered with 2025.2.0 - Dynamic Field Control and Mass Creation of Teams Hierarchy has been deleted.
