Comprehensive Authorization Management for Items, Buckets, and Portfolios

Following the SAP Portfolio Management standard, you can now create, edit, and delete user and role authorizations across portfolios, buckets, items, initiatives, reviews, and classifications.
Inherited authorizations from parent objects are clearly displayed, offering a complete transparency and effortless adjustment in one consolidated view.

Enhanced Bucket Navigation with Full Breadcrump Path Display

To tackle complex bucket structures customized per customer, the bucket detail view now prominently shows the full parent bucket hierarchy (breadcrump path) in the header.
Each breadcrump entry is clickable, enabling swift navigation to any parent bucket or portfolio, streamlining overview and management.

Recursive List of Items in Bucket Detail View

For customers managing nested bucket structures, the bucket’s list of items now features a recursive explosion: it displays all items in the current bucket and all its sub-buckets, giving a comprehensive overview.
As always, lists are fully customizable and can be exported to Excel, combining information from both buckets and linked objects for tailored insights.

Recursive Item Count in Bucket Tree Views

Item counts in the tree-based bucket views now include all items from sub-buckets, providing a consistent and accurate representation of the total items across nested structures, aligned with the recursive item listing.

Classification Hierarchies Support Recursive Item Listing

Mirroring bucket enhancements, classification views now support hierarchical sub-classification inclusion for item counts and list displays. This ensures a consistent user experience and comprehensive data overviews across portfolio classifications.
