Features
Hierarchical Views for Classifications and Buckets
- Advanced Hierarchical Structures: Both Classification Hierarchy and Bucket Overviews have been upgraded to display hierarchical structures. This new view allows users to easily understand and navigate the hierarchy of buckets and classifications without needing to delve into detailed pages.
Overviews for Portfolios and Collections
- New Portfolio and Collection Overviews: Explore the newly introduced Overviews for Portfolios and Collections, designed to enhance how information is accessed and displayed across your projects.
- Detailed Access with a Single Click: Similar to existing functionalities for items and projects, clicking on a portfolio or collection now leads directly into a detailed view, showcasing both standard and custom fields configured in BRF+.
Foundation for Future Enhancements in Portfolio and Collection Details
- Initial Support for Portfolio Details: Accessing details from the Portfolio Overview now displays pertinent information, setting the stage for the addition of more advanced functionalities in future updates. Even in this first release, additional standard and customer fields can be added purely via customizing - using BRF+.
- Basic Functionality for Collections: The new Collection Overview leads to a Details view, offering insights into standard and custom fields, with plans to extend capabilities to include documents, notes, and more in upcoming releases.
User Status Profiles
- Customizable User Statuses: Support for User Status Profiles has been added, allowing configurations via SPRO. This functionality pulls existing customizations from PPM Standard, integrating them into the PPP’s “Change Status” menu, ensuring consistency and customization across your project management landscape.
