2025.3.0 - Migration to Change Record and CR Item Status Change on milestones

Following earlier releases that enhanced the process, we continue to improve the process implementation and in addition we started to provide options to transfer the existing Engineering Change Record created in ERP to the S/4HANA Change Record solution.

Features

Migrate existing ECR

1. Existing ER created in ECC system can be transferred to S/4HANA and be part of Change Record
2. Migration can be controlled based on various criteria with the XCM Migration Cockpit that helps to filter Engineering Record(ER) based on its header fields.
3. Authorization control enables the access to READ-ONLY and EDIT user for the Migration Cockpit.
4. Options to set one time customization mapping for all ER or for specific ER is possible. In addition Migration Cockpit provides option to overrule the configuration for specific ERs for single record or in mass selection.

Item Status Change

1. Change Management being responsible in driving the changes of different Objects which are added as Item to the Change record, the automatic update of its status reduces human effort and streamlines process quickly by the system
2. Item status change is achieved with a BRF decision table which could be used to map the Change Record status change on which the item status change should occur
3. BAdI is provided to implement for each Object and solution from XCM providing the implementation for MAT, RCP, SPC and DIR

Improvement to Teams Mass Upload

1. Download file is defaulted with file name and xlsx extension
2. Possible to Download file template with existing content based on Team Type

Bug Fixes

1. Added T-Code for BRF+ Generate Program and Teams Upload
2. Improved the option to select more than one user for the Additional Agent with agent type ZA and create work-item with all users resolved for this agent type
