2025.2.1 - Extended agents through exit implementation

This patch includes minor features and fixes for a few small to medium-priority bugs. Detailed information is provided below.

Features

Agent determination can be based on predefined Agent for Agent Type “ZA”

1. Extended agent functionality is to address scenarios where the agents determined from the CR header and Teams hierarchy do not meet the requirements, BRF+ can be configured for the relevant task.
2. Additional agent resolution logic can then be implemented using the BAdI /XCM/PR_EX_ADD_AGENT, enabling agent assignment based on CR header fields or other parameters.

Multi-language support added for approval task subjects and descriptions

1. It is important to provide clear instructions to users regarding the tasks they need to carry out. Providing these task descriptions in multiple languages is essential to ensure easy understanding.
2. Since the standard functionality does not support this, XCM has enhanced this functionality to display the task description and subject in the user’s current language, based on the settings in their user profile on the Fiori Launchpad.

Bug Fixes

1. Custom field prefixes were previously limited to 3 characters; this limitation has been updated to support 5-character prefixes (e.g., /COV/).
2. Additionally, a minor issue in the Mass Teams creation program has been resolved. The program now includes the option to download upload results in Excel format.
