Advanced process control of SAP S/4HANA Change Record
- Improved process routing for enhanced automation and efficiency using a single generic template.
- Eliminates the need for manual creation of process route templates by automatically generating routes based on BRF+ rules.

Automated Agent Determination using the Teams and Responsibility Management
- Automated agent determination for process route tasks based on the Change Record context parameters.

PLM CR Inbox:
- Centralised workflow inbox for Change Records, providing improved visibility with the addition of the Change Record header fields and streamlined management of process tasks.
