Authorization & Menu Role Assignment

General Information

The XCM Migration Kit includes a dedicated authorization object (/XCM/ERMIG) to secure access to the migration application.
Authorized users must be assigned this role, along with NWBC menu role updates to include the migration FPM application and configuration, enabling seamless access to migration tools within the NWBC environment.

Configuration steps

  • As part of the XCM Migration Kit, we have delivered a new authorization object, **/XCM/ERMIG**, to control access to the migration application. This ensures that only authorized users can access and perform migration-related activities.
  • Find the details of the new authorization object below, and assign it to your team as well as to our key users

  • Additionally, update the NWBC menu role to include the following:

    • XCM Migration FPM Application: /XCM/MIGRATION_AP
    • Configuration: /XCM/MIGRATION_AC

  • This change will enable access to the migration application via NWBC
